1980's Red Mark (Raw)
This Raw tea cake from the early 1980's is made in keeping with the classic 1950's red mar recipe. The leaves are all of the finest quality and have been stored beautifully in Taiwan fo three decades. The aging on this cake could be considered 75% to full maturity; though like the 1950's version, it will continue to evolve and improve as it ages. The storage could be considered medium dry -- for its era.
A light, crisp camphor fragrance, floral parfume, remind one of first experinces tasting dry stored 50's Red Mark.
