City Sessions —
Tea Attunement 

A few seats. A quiet table. Tea prepared in the old way. From late spring through September, Cloudwalker gathers in the Atrium, at Nootka Court to share tea in its living form.

 

These sessions are structured around tasting, pausing and shared attention. Details shared through the mailing list.

Pu-Erh Tea — Intro

An orientation to Pu-Erh tea through multiple infusions of both Raw and Ripe material.

The session emphasises pacing, attention, and how the tea changes over time. Less instruction than encounter.

Pu-Er Tea —
Closer Observation

Aged Pu-Erh reveals itself over long spans of time. Moving beyond freshness into extended fermentation, leaves darken, flavours shift gradually across infusions.

Fragrances of earth, wood, and incense linger, often registering before they are fully named.

Each cup carries with it traces of decades.

Tea Clinic

A session shaped around the moment.

Held in the Atrium at Nootka Court, these bespoke gatherings are created to meet the needs of each guest -- from quiet one-on-one study to small groups of up to six.

We follow the leaf where it leads, attending to taste and presence as they arise.

Maccha & Beyond 

At times the leaf teaches us through structure, craft and skill.

Our friends at Jagasilk host these classes — from whisking Maacha to the finer points of loose-leaf brewing.

Technique becomes a doorway; hand to bowl, bowl to breath.
