This private order white tea cake is one of only 84 pieces remaining from the original commission. Produced in 2018, this cake is now approaching the seventh year -- the classical threshold where white tea begins to reveal its treasure. The liquor is smooth, off-dry sweet, with a clarity that both delights in the present and promises further transformation with age. Much like clear quartz, this tea refracts every color in the spectrum. We call it Rainbow -- a tea on the level of the Tao.
