This white tea cake is one of only 84 pieces we were able to aquire as the last units available from this custom order White Tea. Produced in 2018, this cake is fast approaching the magical 7 year mark, where -- in the classical view -- white tea becomes a treasure. Classic, smooth, and off-dry sweet, this tea will impress at present or be something to put up on the shelf in an act of delayed transcendence. We call it Rainbow, and much like a clear quartz crystal it refracts all colours of the spectrum. Tea on the level of Tao.
