Red Rooster Pu-Erh

Though the name of this tea in Chinese means Tribute to the Ancestors, we call it Rooster because of the decorative border around the Tea cake. If the describtion of this Raw P-Erh were limited to one word, it woulf surely be cockadoodledoo. This tea excells in taste, experience, and ease in brewing.
